What We Do

The Africa Initiative Impact Program (AIIP) is entering Ghana with a clear mission: to make quality housing a reality for thousands of families who have long been left behind by conventional construction. This isn't a short-term project it's a long-term commitment to one of West Africa's most vibrant nations.

Built different — nanotechnology that changes what's possible

At the heart of AIIP's programme is a pioneering nanotechnology construction platform. Nano-engineered materials make homes stronger, longer-lasting, and significantly more affordable to build than anything traditional methods can offer. Buildings are prefabricated and assembled at speed cutting construction time by up to 60%. And because materials will be manufactured locally right here in Sierra Leone, the benefits stay in the country.
