I actually had Kivo gari yesterday and the taste was quite different from what I was used to. It made me wonder if the focus on introducing new products is taking some attention away from the quality of the product that earned customers’ trust in the first place. If that’s the case, I really hope it’s looked into because consistency is what keeps customers coming back.
