Two Young Ghanaians Stranded in Jordan Plead for Government Intervention
Two young Ghanaians, aged 22 and 23, are appealing to the Government of Ghana for urgent help after travelling to Jordan in search of jobs.
They claim they have been left without work, subjected to harsh treatment and their passports have been taken away. According to them, they contacted their families in Ghana, who advised them to seek help from the Ghana Embassy, but they later discovered that Ghana has no embassy in Jordan.
The two are now calling on the government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to intervene and help them return home safely.
