Jewel In The Street Program (JITSP)
Context: A life-transforming initiative designed to uplift vulnerable girls and women—especially head porters (Kayayei), street hawkers, domestic escapees, and economically displaced young women—by restoring their dignity and helping them realize their potential.
Scope: Identify and rescue; rehabilitate and heal; skill and educate; mentor and empower; reintegrate and sustain.
Outcome: Empowered, skilled, and confident contributors to Africa's development through training, mentorship, and structured reintegration.
